      Return the latest board for the requested world visit. Empty before the first board or after that visit retires. Dimension travel retains world-wide work; the returned world identifies the board's observed location, which may lag the requested current location. Callers must check their own domain binding against live facts before applying an effect. Retaining a snapshot does not keep it current. Disconnection or stale execution evidence cannot report RUNNING activity.
